Privacy policy

BPCM (the “controller”) keeps a private technical log of accesses to this website for security, diagnostics and traffic analysis. This page explains what is recorded and for how long.

What we record

  • The IP address used to access the site.
  • An approximate location derived from that IP (country, region, city, time zone and low-precision coordinates).
  • Network data associated with the IP (autonomous system number and provider organisation).
  • The page path visited, date and time, the referring site's domain and the declared browser (user agent).
  • A random session identifier generated in the browser and stored only until the tab is closed.

What we do not record

  • No names, email addresses or form content are stored in this access log.
  • No cookies are used for this log and no Google Analytics identifiers are stored.
  • No device fingerprinting is performed and URL query parameters are not stored.

Purposes

  • Site security and detection of anomalous or automated access.
  • Technical diagnostics and incident resolution.
  • Aggregate analysis of accesses and content interest.

Retention

  • Records are deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • The log is private: it is not shown publicly or published on the site.

Accuracy of location

  • Location is estimated from the IP address and may be inaccurate.
  • It is not proof of a visitor's physical location or identity.
